Not meal prep. Protein (anchor)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eggs \/ chicken \/ beans \/ tofu \/ leftovers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Carb (energy)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rice \/ bread \/ pasta \/ potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Something alive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable \/ fruit \/ anything fresh or crunchy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201ccook once, reuse twice\u201d method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t cook one-off meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook base items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>roasted vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then mix and match for 2\u20133 meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This removes decision fatigue completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cnothing goes to waste\u201d mindset<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leftovers are not failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are tomorrow\u2019s shortcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it\u2019s edible, it has a second life:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rice \u2192 fried rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chicken \u2192 sandwich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>veg \u2192 soup or bowl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The fridge reality rule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your fridge is chaotic, your cooking will be too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a week:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reset basics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use up half-forgotten items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rebuild simple structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not meal prep.
