Close it again. Stand there like it owes you answers. Nothing feels worth the effort, and somehow cereal feels like a life decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t laziness. It\u2019s depletion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So here\u2019s the rule for days like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t cook meals.<br>You assemble survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The goal is not \u201cgood food\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>something warm or filling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>something you can make without thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>something that doesn\u2019t create dishes you\u2019ll hate later<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cNo-Cooking\u201d food list that actually works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are not recipes. They are exits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The toast upgrade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>toast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>butter or oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anything extra if it exists (egg, cheese, leftover meat)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are not \u201cjust eating toast.\u201d<br>You are eating stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. The fridge bowl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whatever is in your fridge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>protein (leftovers, deli meat, eggs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vegetable (raw or cooked)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carb (rice, bread, crackers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put it in a bowl. Eat it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No personality required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The eggs-and-anything rule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eggs forgive everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>scrambled eggs + toast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fried eggs + rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>boiled eggs + whatever exists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eggs are your fallback system, not a breakfast identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. The \u201cassembly dinner\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not cooking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crackers or bread<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fruit or veg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>something salty or protein-ish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Call it dinner and move on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. The emergency pasta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boil pasta. Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>butter + salt<br>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil + garlic<br>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anything remotely edible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The real problem isn\u2019t food<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s decision fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t need more recipes.<br>You need fewer decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If this is your normal life right now\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not a phase. Not a one-off. Just life being heavy for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s a full system for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple meals. Pantry structure.
